Act Three, Scene 3
(The tower. Calvin clutches William for support.)
Calvin: Oh, kinfolk, dropping daggers haunt me in the night.
William: They are but icicles in the gathering darkness.
Calvin: I see a beast before us.
William: Tis but the clouds outside.
Calvin: It is not the dark what frightens me.
William: Then make for the chambers, my brother. Perhaps the storm will cease by tomorrow.
